Hey folks, Just wanted to see if anyone else is checking out the newLakeside Grand Condo project. I’ve been keeping an eye on developments in the Jurong area, especially with all the upcoming transformation plans—and this one caught my attention. The location near Lakeside MRT looks convenient, and from what I’ve seen, the layouts and surrounding amenities seem solid. Has anyone visited the showflat or gotten early pricing info? Would be great to hear some thoughts before I register for a viewing. Let’s share info if anyone has updates!
