Hey everyone! I recently came across the new executive condo project and was super intrigued by the Tampines Street 95 EC Site Plan. From what I’ve seen so far, the layout looks thoughtfully planned — with green spaces, pool areas, and what seems like really good separation between residential blocks for privacy.
