If you want to trim a reel on Instagram to fit the time span then follow these steps:-

1. The initial step is to tap on the Create button and then select on the Reel option.

2. Now tap on the small circle with 15 written on it, and then you’ll see 3 other timing options.

3. Then tap on the music icon in the lower left of the screen and choose a song that you like.

4. Now if you want to make the video short, just drag the yellow slider and shift it.

5. Then finally tap on the Share option.
